JSC Latvia's State Forests (LVM) passing places geospatial data layer contains information about road passing by places on forest roads owned, possessioned and managed by LVM. Passing place is a wider place on the road where two vehicles travelling in opposite directions can pass by each other. The attribute table contains information on the LVM forest district it is located in.
